Kriging-Based Space Exploration Global Optimization Method in Aerodynamic Design

چکیده

For complicated aerodynamic design problems, the efficient global optimization method suffered from defect of incorrect portrayal space, resulting in bad convergence and efficiency performance. To this end, a Kriging-based method, named space exploration (KSE), was proposed paper. It selected multiple promising local minima classified them into partially fully explored terms fitting quality surrogate model. Then, would be furtherly exploited. During search, an enhanced trust-region adopted to make deep exploitation. By combining searches, could improve model efficiency. The KSE compared other surrogate-based methods on 12 bound-constrained testing functions with 2 16 variables problems 24 77 variables. results indicated that generally took fewer function evaluations find optima or reach target value most test holding better robustness.
